Handmade Christmas Ornaments: Looking Back at Christmas 2012

Well, Christmas is over and 2012 is ending. I suppose it’s hard to go forward, though, without taking a little of the past along. One of the best parts about Christmas is handmade ornaments. So much is bought and sold during Christmas time, but it’s really special when someone takes time off of their busy schedule to make something for you. The art of making things can be forgotten. With smartphones, instant Internet, instant text, etc., nobody wants to take more than 2 minutes to make something.
Handmade ornaments are especially nice: they take time to make, and earn a special place on the Christmas tree, Christmas after Christmas.Here are some photos of handmade ornaments on our tree:
